Ongoing subscriptions and recurring charges may be cancelled at any time by account owner. The cancellation will take place from the next billing period. A cancellation will only cancel future billings.

eDocker Digital Publishing Oy reserves the right to cancel a transaction in order to comply with credit card industry regulations, payment processor and banking rules, or the need to comply with legal requirements, intellectual property rights, court orders and law enforcement agencies. In addition, eDocker may cancel transactions it reasonably considers to be potentially fraudulent or unlawful.

Ongoing subscriptions and recurring charges may be cancelled at any time by account owner. The cancellation will take place from the next billing period. A cancellation will only cancel future billings. eDocker CREATE! can be used normally to the end of paid billing period.

Full Refund

If eDocker is impossible to use for some technical reason customer may be eligible for cancel the purchase and has refund. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 14 (fourteen) days. The period begins on the date that purchase is made. These oblications will be processed case by case.
